An average working person spends more time at work-related matters than any other thing when he is awake. According to responsibilities held, it can be round the clock also. As competition or challenges increase, stress levels also increase. It may not be directly from the work you do, but may be from an irritating colleague or from conflicting professional interests. Workplace stress affects your productivity and affects your physical and mental health. Level of stress may vary from profession to profession, but to know how to deal with stress at the workplace is very important. 1. Know you are stressed.
