Postpartum Gallstones: A High Risk For Women


Gallstones are formed due to the blockage in the ducts of the gallbladder. When compared to men, women have a greater risk of getting gallbladder stones. Gallbladder stones will ultimately result in inflammation or infection. Gallstones are not uncommon found in women after delivery. Women are generally more prone to get gallstones than men. 5.Advanced pregnancy age: Women who get pregnant after 35 years are at higher risk of getting gallstones. പ്രവാസികളും ആരോഗ്യവും

ശാരീരികവും മാനസികവുമായ ഒട്ടേറെ ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ  അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന വിഭാഗമാണ്‌  പ്രവാസികൾനാട്ടിലെ ഉറ്റവരുടെ ചിരിക്കുന്ന മുഖങ്ങൾ സ്വപ്നം കണ്ട്, ശരീരവും മനസ്സും  നീറുന്നവരാണ് ഭൂരിഭാഗം പ്രവാസികളും. അതിനിടെ സ്വന്തം ആരോഗ്യം    ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാൻ പല കാരണങ്ങളാലും അവർക്ക് സാധിക്കാറില്ല. പരിചിതമല്ലാത്ത  കാലാവസ്ഥയും ഭക്ഷണരീതിയും ജീവിതരീതികളുമൊക്കെ അവരുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ താളം തെറ്റിക്കുന്നു. പ്രവാസികളെ അലട്ടുന്ന ആരോഗ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും അവയുടെ കാരണങ്ങളും അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ടത് വളരെ അത്യാവശ്യമാണ്. കാരണംചില മുൻകരുതലുകൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പ്രവാസ ജീവിതം ആശങ്കകൾ ഇല്ലാതെ ആരോഗ്യപ്രദമാക്കാം.



     
     
1.മാനസിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ
നാടും വീടും വിട്ട് ഗൾഫിലെത്തുന്ന മലയാളിയെ ആദ്യം പിടികൂടുന്നത് സംഘർഷങ്ങളാണ്. കുടുംബത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ചിന്ത, പുതിയ ചുറ്റുപാടുമായി പൊരുത്തപ്പെടാനുള്ള പ്രയാസം, ജോലിഭാരം, തൊഴിലിലെ അസംതൃപ്തി, ഒറ്റപ്പെടൽ  തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ സംഘർഷങ്ങളിലേക്കു നയിക്കുന്ന ഘടകങ്ങളാണ്. മാനസികവിഷമങ്ങൾ പങ്കുവെയ്ക്കുവാൻ കൂടി കഴിയാതെ വരുന്നതോടു കൂടി അവ കൂടുതൽ വഷളാകുന്നു. ക്രമേണ അത് വിഷാദ രോഗമായി ഒരു പ്രവാസിയെ കീഴടക്കും.ഗൾഫ്രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ ആത്മഹത്യ കണക്കുകളിൽ ഏറെയും ഇക്കൂട്ടർ തന്നെ.

2.ദുശീലങ്ങൾ
മാനസിക സമ്മർദ്ദങ്ങൾ പ്രവാസികൾക്ക് നല്കുന്ന മറ്റൊരു സമ്മാനമാണ് ദുശീലങ്ങൾ. മദ്യപാനവും പുകവലിയും പോലെയുള്ള ശീലങ്ങളിൽ ആശ്വാസം തേടുന്നവർ കുറവല്ല. എന്നാൽ ഇവയുടെ ആത്യന്തികഫലം ശരീരത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ വളരെ പ്രതികൂലമായി തന്നെ  ബാധിക്കുന്നുലഹരി യുക്തിബോധത്തെ കീഴ്പ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ, പരിഹരിക്കപ്പെടാവുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക്  പോലും ആത്മഹത്യ  ചെയ്യുന്നവർ കുറവല്ല. ദുശീലങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കില്ലെന്നു മാത്രമല്ല, അവ പുതിയവ സമ്മാനിക്കുക കൂടി ചെയ്യും.

3. ജീവിതശൈലി രോഗങ്ങൾ
സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിൽ  നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമായ പുതിയ ജീവിത സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ വേരുറപ്പിക്കാൻ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒരുപോലെ സാധിക്കണമെന്നില്ല. വിദേശത്ത് എത്തുന്ന മലയാളികളെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരുകൂട്ടം രോഗങ്ങളെ ചേർത്ത് വിളിക്കുന്ന 'ഓമനപ്പേര്' ആണ് ജീവിതശൈലി രോഗങ്ങൾ എന്നത്. ജീവിതശൈലിയും ആരോഗ്യവും വളരെ അടുത്ത് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ തന്നെ പ്രമേഹം പോലെയുള്ള ജീവിതശൈലി രോഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകാനുള്ള സാധ്യതയും കൂടുതലാണ്..

4. പ്രമേഹം
പ്രവാസികളുടെ ആരോഗ്യത്തെ ഏറ്റവും ആദ്യം ബാധിക്കുന്ന പ്രശ്നം പ്രമേഹമാണ്.ഇന്ത്യക്കാർ പ്രമേഹം ഉണ്ടാകാൻ സാധ്യത കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ളവരാണെന്ന് പഠനങ്ങൾതെളിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നിരിക്കെമാറുന്ന ജീവിത സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ അവയുടെ സാധ്യത വീണ്ടുംവർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നുഇടയ്ക്ക് രക്ത പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്ന പതിവ് ഒരു പ്രവാസിക്ക്ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ പലപ്പോഴും വളരെ വൈകി ആയിരിക്കും ഇവ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ പെടുന്നത്.

5. വൃക്ക രോഗങ്ങൾ
പ്രമേഹം കൊണ്ടുള്ള വൃക്ക രോഗങ്ങൾ  പ്രവാസികൾക്കിടയിൽ സാധാരണമാണ്അത്പോലെ തന്നെയാണ് കൊടും ചൂടിൽ വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാതെ പണിയെടുക്കുന്നത് 
കാരണമുള്ളപ്രശ്നങ്ങളും. ഇവ കിഡ്നി സ്റ്റോണ്‍, മൂത്രത്തിൽ അണുബാധ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക്കാരണമാകുന്നുകുടിക്കുന്നതാകട്ടെ പലപ്പോഴും പെപ്സിയോ കോളയോ പോലെയുള്ളവയും.ഇതും കിഡ്നി സ്റ്റോണിനുള്ള സാധ്യത  വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

6. അസിഡിറ്റി
പ്രവാസികൾക്ക് പലപ്പോഴും ഭക്ഷണ ക്രമത്തിൽ കൃത്യത പാലിക്കുവാൻ കഴിയാറില്ല.ജോലിയിൽ ഷിഫ്റ്റ് ഉള്ളവർഡ്രൈവർമാർ തുടങ്ങിയവർക്ക് പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും.  പ്രഭാത ഭക്ഷണംഒഴിവാക്കുന്നവർശാസ്ത്രീയമല്ലാത്ത ഭക്ഷണ രീതി പിന്തുടരുന്നവർസമയം തെറ്റികഴിക്കുന്നവർ തുടങ്ങിയവർക്ക് അസിഡിറ്റി  പോലെയുള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിൽഅത്ഭുതപ്പെടാനുണ്ടോനിസ്സാരമെന്നു കരുതി തള്ളിക്കളയുന്ന അസിഡിറ്റി ചിലപ്പോൾ അൾസറിനു പോലും കാരണമായേക്കാം.

7. കൊളസ്ട്രോൾ
കൊഴുപ്പ് കൂടിയ ഭക്ഷണങ്ങൾ  പ്രവാസിക്ക് സമ്മാനിക്കുന്നത് ഉയർന്ന കൊളസ്ട്രോളും കുറഞ്ഞആരോഗ്യവും മാത്രംഗൾഫ്മലയാളികളിൽ 
ഹൃദ്രോഗത്തിന്റെ തോത്  വർധിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ കാരണവും ഇത് തന്നെകൊഴുപ്പും മധുരവും കൂടിയ ഭക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ഒഴിവാക്കി സസ്യാഹാരത്തിന് കൂടുതൽ പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകുന്നഭക്ഷണ രീതി പിന്തുടരുവാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക.മാംസാഹാരങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കുന്ന വിദേശികൾ അതിനോടൊപ്പം അതിനെക്കാളേറെ പച്ചക്കറികൾ കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നുള്ളത്‌ വിസ്മരിച്ചു കൂടാ.

8. ബ്ലഡ് പ്രഷർ
ബ്ലഡ് പ്രഷർ കുറഞ്ഞാലും കൂടിയാലും പ്രശ്നം തന്നെമാനസിക പിരിമുറുക്കം,അമിതജോലിഭാരം , വീട്ടുകാരെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഉത്കണ്ഠ അങ്ങനെ പലതും ഇതിനുകാരണമാകുന്നുഭക്ഷണരീതിക്കും ഇതിൽ കാര്യമായ പങ്കുണ്ട്.ഹൃദ്രോഗത്തിനും

9. ശ്വാസകോശ രോഗങ്ങൾ

 പ്രവാസി  സ്ത്രീകളെ ഏറ്റവും അധികം ബാധിക്കുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങളാണ് ഹോർമോണ്തകരാറുകളുംആർത്തവ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളുംജീവിത ശൈലിയുംഅമിതവണ്ണവും,  കൊഴുപ്പുനിറഞ്ഞ ഭക്ഷണവും,വ്യായാമമില്ലായ്മയും ഒക്കെ ഇതിനു കാരണങ്ങളായിചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

11. വന്ധ്യത
സ്ത്രീ-പുരുഷ വന്ധ്യതയും ഗർഭമലസലും പ്രവാസികൾക്കിടയിൽ വളരെ സാധാരണമാകുന്നു.പോളിസിസ്റ്റിക് ഓവറിഎന്ഡോമെട്രിയോസിസ് പോലുള്ളരോഗങ്ങളാണ്  പ്രവാസി സ്ത്രീകളിൽ വന്ധ്യത വ്യാപകമാക്കുന്നത്പുരുഷ വന്ധ്യതയിൽജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സാഹചര്യങ്ങളുംചൂട്കാലാവസ്ഥയുംമാനസിക സമ്മർദ്ദവും ഒക്കെസ്വാധീനം ചെലുത്തുന്നുവന്ധ്യതാ ചികിത്സയാകട്ടെവളരെ ചിലവേറിയതും.

 ഉയർന്ന  ചികിത്സ ചെലവാണ് പലപ്പോഴും പ്രവാസികൾ പല രോഗങ്ങളെയും ഗൌനിക്കാത്തതിനു ഒരു കാരണംഎന്നാൽ ഒരൽപം ശ്രദ്ധവെച്ചാൽ തടയാവുന്നതാണ് പ്രവാസികളെ കീഴ്പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പല രോഗങ്ങളും.ഇടയ്ക്ക് ജീവിതശൈലി രോഗങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള  രക്തപരിശോധനകൾ നടത്തുവാൻ  ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക.ജോലിയും വിശ്രമവും സമനിലയിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകവ്യായാമം തീർച്ചയായുംദിനചര്യയുടെ ഭാഗമാക്കുക.  മാനസികോല്ലാസത്തിനും വിനോദത്തിനും സമയംകണ്ടെത്തുവാനും  മറക്കേണ്ട.മാറിയ ജീവിത സാഹചര്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കി അതിന് ഇണങ്ങുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള ജീവിതചര്യകൾ ശീലമാക്കുക.  രോഗംവന്നിട്ട് ചികിത്സിക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ അതല്ലേ നല്ലത്
