  1. I agree with all the tips here. People working in the office - in front of a computer to be specific - tend to have eye problems since they are facing computers all day long. That's why, if they really want to avoid those eye problems, better to follow the tips from this post :) However, there are also other eye care tips that people can take to avoid eye injuries like wearing sunglasses to protect eyes from harmful sun rays and using eye protection gears when working in constructions to protect the eyes from falling dust, dirt and debris.
