2.Take a break: Take a break from the continuous use of nail polish and leave your nail naked sometimes. Allowing your nails to breathe is very important to strengthen your nails. Do not leave remnants of nail polish on your nails. Avoid the use of nail polish and nail polish removers of low quality.

3.No nail biting: If you have the habit of biting your nails, make a decision to quit it now. Nail biting is the worst thing that you can do for your nails. The best idea is to avoid nail biting is to keep your nails short. Take a hiatus from the habit of biting your nails for strengthening your nails.

4.Use gloves: If you are exposing your nails to chemicals, soil or if doing any heavy works, then do not forget to use gloves. Using gloves will give complete protection to your nails and will keep your nails strong.

6.Appropriate length: Don’t try to keep your nails longer than a few centimetres from your fingertips. Long nails tend to break naturally and easily.  Cut and keep the sides of nails in correct shape to avoid easy breaking.

7.Get a nail treatment: Doing a pedicure and manicure will help to keep your nails clean, healthy and beautiful. You may get it done either by visiting a beauty parlour or by yourself at your home. But, remember to use quality products to avoid any side-effects.
