Instead of white or enriched breads, prefer 100% whole grain or 100% whole wheat. Choose breads that have fewer calories per slice. Bread masala: If you want to take bread at lunch or dinner, you may opt for bread masala. You may add vegetables and egg in this, which will provide the extra benefits of the added ingredients.Bread masala will be a good choice if you want to take bread a little spicy.
